EQP Team RESOURCES

Our philosophy of family ministry is what we call EQUIPEGRATION: We seek to EQUIP parents to be the spiritual leaders of their home and INTEGRATE kids into the mission of the Church. A key component of our strategy is our commitment to investing relationally in the lives of our kids. This is only possible through our volunteers who serve on our EQP teams to provide safe and consistent relational connections for our kids as they grow in their faith. KIDdos Team :: NB - 1st Grade

Volunteers in this area serve our Kids Small Groups as group leaders or as our Check-in Host.  Our Kids Small Groups utilizes our Kids Story Circle to begin learning basic truths about God's Story and to contextualize their lessons in the overall narrative of the Bible. Our group leaders use prepared lessons, activities, and a variety of resources including books, videos, and songs to explore the Bible with the Kiddos they serve.

KIDLIFE TEAM :: 2nd - 5TH GRADE

Volunteers in this area serve our Kidlife Small Groups as group leaders. Our Kidlife Small Groups attend our Sunday Morning Gatherings with they parents. Kids are invited to join their small group during the teaching portion of the Gathering where our group leaders use prepared lessons, activities, and a variety of resources that are intended to translate the teaching into "kid". We believe that this strategy allows us to continue to invest relationally into our kids as they grow in their faith while also equipping parents to lead their family in worship during and after the Gathering.

Our volunteers in this area serve our Middle School Student Group as group leaders to engage the hearts of our Students in living out the unforced rhythms of grace and the mission of bringing Heaven to Earth with a small group of their peers.
